Terms of Service

1. Service

Maskifai provides tools to detect and replace sensitive information in text and documents before you use that content with AI or other systems. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the API (including attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls).
• Do not upload content you are not allowed to process.
• Do not use Maskifai to violate law or third-party rights.

4. Customer content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service (including detection, anonymization, storage of encrypted mappings per your retention settings, and restore).

5. Plans, fees, and limits

Paid plans and request limits are described on the pricing page and in-product billing. We may change plans with notice where required. Enterprise terms may be set in a separate order form.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maskifai assists with anonymization; detection is not perfect. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before use in production or regulated workflows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maskifai and Influgrowth are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid by you for the service in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risk.
